Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide. If your country isn’t coming up in checkout, there’s probably a reason. Contact us if your country isn’t available.

How does a Pre-order work?

Pre-order items are orders captured for a specific period of time. After that time, each item is then made-to-order by our production facilities. Production time can take up to 8 weeks before shipping to our warehouse for fulfillment.

How long do orders take to arrive?

After the items reach our warehouse (est June 30th), please allow up to 3-5 business days to process your order after it comes through. Most domestic shipping will arrive to you within 5-10 days. We use multiple carriers to ship items. After your item leaves our warehouse, you should receive a notification with tracking information if available.

For international orders, transit time can vary between 10 to 21 days. Some can take longer depending on location.

International orders might incur an additional fee for delivery. Please check your local post office for customs fee information. The recipient is responsible for all customs duties and taxes incurred. We cannot determine these fees during checkout.

If your package has not arrived to you within 60 days and you haven't gotten in touch; there's very little we can do on our end to help.

How long do digital orders take to arrive?

Digital purchases can be downloaded after checkout. Please check your email for corresponding links.

Can I exchange for a different size?

We're unable to do size exchanges at this time. Please double check the size chart prior to ordering.

Can I return an order?

If there is an issue with you order (ex damaged, incorrect), you can return an item as long as the item is new, unused, unwashed and has all tags. Contact us for return information.

Can I cancel an order?

We cannot cancel Pre-order items, all sales are final.
